Thomas Eureste didn’t stumble into real estate. He was drawn to it the way most people are drawn to the thing they were always meant to do, not with urgency, but with certainty. Growing up in Houston, he watched his father run a high-end remodeling company, transforming luxury homes from the inside out. He saw firsthand how much a home meant to people. That stayed with him.
But Thomas took a different path first. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from Texas A&M University, then a second B.S. in Nutrition, spending years as a nutritionist helping people make better decisions for their lives. That career gave him something most agents never develop: the ability to truly listen, to sit across from someone, understand what they need, and guide them with patience and clarity. When real estate finally called him back, he answered with everything he had. Thomas joined Nan and Company Properties in 2016 and became obsessed with the craft. Not just finding homes for people but mastering the mechanics of the transaction itself. Every contract clause, every negotiation lever, every way a deal can go sideways, and how to keep it on track. He is now recognized for his command of sales strategy and contract knowledge. He knows how to write an offer that wins, how to protect clients through inspections and contingencies, and how to navigate complexity without losing the deal. When things get complicated, and in real estate, they always do, Thomas is the person you want in your corner.
Since 2016, Thomas has been named a top producer at Nan and Company Properties every single year, with a portfolio spanning the Heights, Montrose, River Oaks, and beyond; from competitive urban listings to seven-figure luxury estates. He is a member of HAR, TAR, and NAR, and volunteers regularly with the Houston Food Bank and Galveston Food Bank. Outside of work, you’ll find him at the gym, discovering Houston’s next great restaurant, or at home with family, friends, and his Shiba, Charlee. He started with a foundation built by his father’s hands. Now he helps others build their own.
